This is the last park my family was in before we left Vegas. It is called Las Vegas Mobile Park.
This is a map that the County Commission sent out about a property directly across the street from LVMP (the one filled with \\ marks.) There will be more to come with this property later…
In this first screenshot you will see how the Commission color coded it that the property is split in half. Mr. TJ Modi told one of the tenants that he was going to be turning the rest of the park into apartments. The insider told me this about a month before this paper came out and I just filed it until I had proof. But you will see in the documents that follow that LVMP is supposed to be almost 5 acres. The whole property that is circled in red in this screenshot is almost 5 acres. But the dark yellow spot is all that “LVMP” is. The light yellow is the apartments behind LVMP which proves my point.
The bottom part of the paper below shows the planned use of the Commission. Not sure the Commission’s motives behind leaving the space blank that LVMP sits in. But I have my theories, they are that they will be getting rid of LVMP and finishing the apartments because that is what Mr. Modi told my insider.
These next 2 screenshots have me super perplexed and worried. I have talked to many paralegals and attorneys in the tenant/landsatan legal arena and they have never heard of this being done. How can you get a blanket eviction for the whole park? What are they planning on doing with this? It has the few tenants that know about it very worried because when I found this record they had just illegally evicted 3 tenants who have court dates for March or April. They have “stay’s” on their original evictions but with the forged paperwork that the property manager put it the corrupt constable evicted them.
I am so sorry that I am getting this post out so late in the day. But 2 things have happened; First my family has moved into seclusion and hiding so we are in a very rural area and the internet is very spotty especially when our lovely government is moving stuff on the railways, Second I had a tenant call me from this park all upset because the property managers will not give her a copy of the new lease before signing it so I or her attorney can go over it. Another tenant signed it already without counsel looking over it so she had a copy and I got my hands on it. So guess what is going to be Sunday’s post. That is right this new 19 page lease and rules packet. After I go through it and break down all the laws that they are breaking. The tenant that called me thinks I am working on that right now but I need to get this done first then I will work on it for her. Love you SH.
This has been a Mobile Home Park since the 1950’s if I remember right. So how can it be listed as a commercial/industrial and not a mobile home park?
Once again only sold for $10.00 because Mr. Kris Kakkar is Mr. Modi’s business partner. I have not figured out yet which one of them is the bigger boss. I do know the only reason why the properties change owners is because they get to much heat on the from people like me and when it was sold Mr. Kakkar was facing a ton of heat and he lied to the government agencies or Mr. Modi did to get them off their backs and nothing was done about the issues. That is what will be coming starting next week. I am going to be showing you what these poor citizens are living in along with all the records for each property that are of public record for permits etc.
