In Honor of my Brother-In-Law

While trying to distract myself from the untimely death of my brother-in-law that is coming soon the hospital said it is just a matter of time. I have been trying to write up my articles between phone calls with family and friends. It has been a long day for all of us but we are making it through and we appreciate all prayers that are coming our way. I was sitting here thinking of the last few calls that my husband had with his brother. He was telling us how American Campground where his home was, that he was buying, was moving in the new “boxables” to rent and sell. I have been so focused on LVMP and have pushed American to the back of my brain saying I will get to it when I am done with LVMP there was no need to rush it is just another bullshit property (pardon my french I am working on maybe 5 hours of sleep in 48 hours and all the emotional stuff of not being able to be there with my husband and son in his time of need. I try to keep my mouth clean on here but I can’t stop it tonight and for that I apologize to all of my readers.) So I went to look to see if they got the building permits to put those boxables into the park or not.
Oh guess what they didn’t is that a shocker? I think not.
So since I was there I just went and did a quick little peak to see if they had gotten any permits at all recently. I stumbled across this little gem from 1996.
Someone put in to change the zoning to single family duplexes but never followed through with it and the permit expired. That is about par for the course for these stupid idiots that run these parks, they are all slumsatans and EVIL! Nothing was done to the change of zoning permit so it remains as a manufactured home park.
But this triggered the memory of why they had to get me out of the American Campground. Because I am to smart for my own good and I was telling all the tenants that they were being fucked over and lied to about the zoning change for American Campground and the park next to them Van’s Trailer Oasis.
The powers that be last year LIED to everyone that lived at American Campground and Vans Trailer Oasis. To include Commissioner McCurdy III who lied to me it is all coming full circle, especially when I had my meeting with his delegate back in October of 2022, He used what was going on at American Campground as a reason not to do a full investigation into LVMP and the inhability of the units there. That being said, there isn’t enough affordable housing anymore especially since the rezoning was done at American. I call absolute BULLSHIT because there is not a single document on the books that shows any type of rezoning being done in 2021 or 2022. Ms. Bonnie Condon told me and I quote “It must be true because the County Commissioner was there and said it was true.” This is all a big load of collusion and conspiracy between Mr. TJ Modi and all his shell companies and the government. I will not let this keep going on. It is now personal for me and my family.
I even went and looked up Vans Trailer Oasis to see if they had any zoning change permits done for that APN.
Currently Vans Trailer Oasis is still zoned on their title at the county assessor to be a mobile home park. But yet they have gone and torn down ALL the units there and are currently getting ready to build an industrial warehouse.
This VWP company is one of TJ Modi’s new shell companies. I found out yesterday that he also is not using Durant Investment Properties anymore and has changed it to Interbase Investment Properties which is a whole new bag of worms that I can’t wait to chomp on. I will give you a little bit of a preview on this new discovery. Interbase is his tech company that supplied the code for the illegal voting machines.
This is the building department list of permits from Vans Trailer Oasis. This one is a bit funny to me because this is where we met my brother-in-law William at. (No we are not related by blood but we are family. I personally like my non-blood family better than my blood family because they suck ass.) The second one down for the fire issue. We had a legal burn pit and had just fired it up. Our neighbor, the disabled tenant, was my former patient and an abusive male chauvinist PIG. He was pissed off at us because somehow I can control breaking my ankle. If I would have told him that I was going to break my ankle he would have spent his money differently and he would not be broke a month later. That was him being a petty jerk and salty because I was not at his beck and call 24/7. As his caretaker I was not supposed to do 90% of what I did for him. I provided all of his lunches and dinners at my expense. I paid for him to move to that park. I paid for all the travel to California and Arizona for his surgeries and rehab etc. Because that is just my family we take care of our extended family. But because on June 20th 2019 at 7:45 am as I left my RV to go to his RV to cook him his breakfast and do my morning cleaning of his house (I had to do it twice a day because he was a HUGE SLOB) as I was going down our steps my ankle said you are done dealing with this idiot and it broke in 2 spots. I went and cooked him his breakfast while still walking on that broken ankle that morning. But I had to call my son to come and finish his breakfast and carry me home because my ankle said no you can’t do anymore. Yep I planned all of that and didn’t tell him my plans.
This also shows though that this park was also substandard. I have pictures from living in this park and it does not show any permits that they were supposed to get for the ponds that we had there. I will eventually get into that one day. But back to what is at hand here. There are no demolition permits at all for when they destroyed the majority of the trailers that were in the park. I bring this part up because William called us one day and while we were on the phone with him we kept hearing sirens like crazy. We were like what the Fuck is going on. He said he didn’t know but they were all going over to Vans and that the whole street was getting shut down. Come to find out when they were demolishing one of the units they hit a gas line. Making the gas line explode and a big fire erupted. Why didn’t they get fined for that especially not having any permits to do what they were doing. The scuttlebutt was that they were supposed to be. But I am not seeing any proof of that anywhere.
I went to the pulse point when all this was going down and grabbed this screen shot and saved it for the case I was/am building. I wish I would have put the date that this happened but I didn’t.
No fire permits pulled at all for Van's
This is the only permit that was pulled for the “demolition” of Vans and American. As you can see it was put on hold on 12/12/22 and only approved on 04/03/23. All the work was done already by this time of moving all the half way decent trailers out to the new property called Cal-NEV-AR. They blocked off all sorts of traffic for this and did not have anyone doing proper stopping of the traffic IE: flaggers etc. This was called into LVMPD but I guess nothing ever happened about it. All the units were moved out by the end of January. Moving a manufactured home is going to be a wide load and you need special permits for that type of work along with special trucks etc in front and in back of the wide load. None of this was done. They were moving these units a good 60 miles away an hour and a half drive on the highway. But they didn’t pull any permits to do this. This makes me so sick to know that they are getting away with this crap.
William was so frustrated with everything at the parks it wasn’t funny. I mentioned earlier that he was part of the letter that I sent to the Commissioners back in October. (Please excuse the wet spots on your screen they are just my tears. I am writing this as I field calls from the hospital, my husband, other family, the funeral home, etc as we prepare for his end of life celebration.) This is the hand written letter he gave me to put into my letter. This picture will now be a cherished memory as the last written note that I have from him. (Lynn and Debbie if you want a copy of the picture just tell me. )
Black Mild (supposed to be mold) in living room due to a hole in the roof. All these issues were there when he bought the unit but not disclosed to him.
Electrical Issues cannot use 4 of the 8 outlets making life very difficult
No lights in bathroom/bedroom due to faulty fuses and outdated unlockable fuse box. Have to use several power cords and surge protectors to light the bedrooom and cook on hotplacts
Oven is not in safe usable condition
I have received 2 increases in rent in 6 months totaling $100.00 I was under the impression that my rent for a rent to own property should remain the same for the length of the contract.
I did some research and could ot find a legal title for my RV.
My health and that of my care giver (don’t get me going on this person ugh) has steadily declined because of the constant stress of the disrepair and living conditions of this park.
My rental payments have been on time since I signed the rent to own contract including the months I suffered through the covid 19 pandemic
There was never an inspection performed or a copy posted in the RV trailer
In addition there was no AC unit front or back of the trailer and never any source of heat to this day I have had to purchase all 3 units.
I have been constalntly harrassed by the manager to add my legal caregiver to my lease which is illegal.
The same manager Bonnie Condon does not hold a current legal manager certificate to manage any mobile park business. There are note found in public records.
I fear reprisal from management for offering this list of problems and unlawful conduct, but it is a necessary step in obtaining reparation for these past and present wrong doings.
This is the note that he personally wrote for me because of what he heard about me getting fired. Ms. Condon told this to everyone at all the parks.

He went through so many surge protectors and extension cords. They were always catching fire. I was so worried that one day one was going to catch fire when he was asleep and he would have burned to death. Might have been easier than what we are going through right now. I know it would have been quicker. I pray he is not in pain right now I hope the hospital is keeping him comfortable.
All the cabinets were falling off the walls. He went and bought shelving units to use.
We tried to look up his title through the VIN number on this paper that is glued to the cabinet and it was not found. American could not legally sell or rent out this unit.
I know that there were leaks in the kitchen and in the bedroom. I remember him telling me that after the first rain that his whole bedroom flooded and had a foot of water in it . That was a year after he moved in got to love our government stopping the rain in the desert.
Going back to the beginning I wrote this post in honor of my brother-in-law William Laycock. He was one of the original people that spurred me into fighting against these tyrannical satans. In your honor now William I will keep the fight going and I will not stop. Government Officials and Mr. Modi you were already put on notice before. My brother-in-laws imminent passing means you have more blood on your hands. It makes it PERSONAL for me and my family. You thought I was vicious before in my research and writing. This has ultimately unleashed a whole new level in me. I always say hurt me all you want. I don't care. People saw me taking all sorts of arrows from Ms. Condon when I was manager. I would just sit and take her BS day in and day out. But she attacked my son and that is when the WAR started. Well Mr. Modi and Government Officials you have now attacked my husband and his family. I am seeing the pain that they are in and I can’t stand them in pain of losing their brother. This is an outright attack on them. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord but I will help him by exposing all of satan’s corrupt ways. He can have all the vengeance. I will have the fun of doing research and shouting it from the rooftops. May you rest in peace William Laycock we love you and will miss you. Till we meet again. You will be with your mom and dad soon and enjoy them again. I know you really missed your mom. She is waiting for you. Any donations made from this post will be used for his funeral and celebration of life.
