I am so sorry that I am not posting like I want to. I know I said it before that I set goals for myself to high according to my family and I guess I do but ugh there is just not enough time in a day to get it all done. I don’t know how Heavenly Father made the universe in 6 days. Talk about a jam packed goal and he met it. I will say this right now this week the posts WILL be down. I got a call late last night that my sister-in-Christ, one of the tenants at LVMP that I am POA, admitted herself into the hospital. If I didn’t already have a ticket to Vegas for this week I would have been heading that way today to be with her. But my husband has workman’s comp court this week so we were already heading that way tomorrow.

On that note please keep my family in your prayers for safe travels. But also keep me specifically in your prayers for confidence in my words and the right words to speak as my husband’s advocate. After the last 2 weeks and opposing counsel showing his butt being a misogynic pig, I am so over him threatening me and making me feel like I am stupid and don’t know what I am talking about when I know what I am doing. When we get to court this week the first thing I am saying is he needs to get out of the room, that he should not be practicing, that he has been suspended from practicing etc. My next thing is I will be telling the judge about the two insurance adjusters and how they have messed up this case and what they have been charged with. From there I will be demanding in a professional way that I get what I have been asking for and that it be done in an expedited manner. If she does not go with the plan then I will go above her head that day and get a new judge because I have plenty of misconduct in her office. I am not putting up with it any longer.

But back to LVMP. As I was putting together 305 for you all I went to pull a file that I had made last year and realized that I was missing ¾ of the files that I needed to put together a proper presentation for you. So I had to go back find those files and get them organized. I also put together 2 different table of contents that I will hopefully be putting out today (Heavenly Father willing) one is all the permits by unit number and then the other is a year to year of all the permits. I just want to get this one little piece of information out from the get go here. To get your business license for a mobile home park in Clark County NV you have to get a business license permit from each of the different agencies IE: SNHD, FD, Building department etc any time the business is sold or ownership is transferred. When a business is sold unless you get a special waiver you have to bring the business up to code for that year. In these inspections each unit needs to have a current Safety Seal and Certificate of Occupancy. I will let those two statements set in as you go over these two tables of contents .
