More craziness here so let us try and decipher what is going on here. I have mentioned Mr. Howard Henkin before. He sold this to Mr. David DiMarco. In my research for BL4 I found that they had a lawsuit against each other back in 2017. Mr. Henkin sued Mr. DiMarco, and won a judgment but that is all I could find out from the open records that I could find. Please feel free to dig deeper if you would like and send me the information you find. I have reached out to Mr. Henkin’s daughter and granddaughter and Mr. DiMarco as of writing this I have not heard back from them.

I clicked on the minutes and it was just saying the extension was granted.

This business license one is the proper business license but Mr. Henkin kept his after he sold the business for a little while so I put it in this ne. It will be in the next post also.

Now to get into the confusing part. From my research I have realized that Mr. Henkin and Mr Karp were business partners before and after they owned LVMP. I am not sure why Mr. Henkin added Mr. Karp to the paperwork the same day that they sold it to Mr. DiMarco but he did. To me this is just a waste of money. But for whatever reason that is what happened so we have the 2 business licenses and then the 2 bills of sales. Like I said I have reached out to all the parties to see if I can get clarification but have not heard back from anyone as of the day this was published.

There are no Business License permits that were pulled for the whole time that Mr. DiMarco owned the park.

According to my research Mr. DiMarco is still a real estate agent in Vegas. Even though he has had TONS and TONS of bad press about him and how he runs his parks. He really fits perfectly into the slumsatan RICO Crime Ring family. Here are a few articles that I pulled up on him during his tenure at LVMP. LVMP was named Trailer Vegas at this time. There is a document that I found 6 months ago and I thought I had it saved but it has disappeared somewhere like a lot of the rest of my documents for this property *cough cough.* But it was a news article for a DEA raid that was supposed to shut the park down but it didn't happen. The owners ignored LVMPD, DEA, and any other official that was there to shut the park down. I have talked to all the tenants that are still residents at LVMP and they remember the chaos of that day. It was a meth lab that was taken down. They came into the park with hazmat suits and took the rig out of the park. The park put lime down on the area (bare minimum for what needs to be done for this situation) and that is it. They never closed it down or cleaned it up properly. Donating plasma is HUGE in Vegas. If you use the park's address to try and donate plasma they will not allow you to donate. This address has been put down as a high risk for needle drug activity so they are not allowed to donate.

All sorts of shell companies in his kids and fathers names. If the county commissioners were threatening him then… How in the bleep is he still running MHP and a real estate agent? Inquiring minds really would like to know.

The city did go after Mr. DiMarco and he went back after them. I loathe Clark County’s court system because they give you just enough information to wet your taste buds then leave you wondering about so many other things. This list I believe there are 2 David DiMarco one might be his son. The one with burglary I believe is his son but I could be wrong, so please do not quote me on this. But the highlighted one could be at LVMP back then and today with the issues not being fixed. I wish MHD and all the rest of the enforcement agencies would do their jobs properly like they did back in the 90’s and 00’s.

It even states that you have to have a fire hydrant to get your business license. But the fire hydrant you will see was taken OUT of the park when we go through all the permits. This is how I know that LVMP does not have a legal business license because of this issue and lack of permits.

This one is another of Mr. Dimarco’s properties but it happened in 08. Shat happened to the county’s regular checks? What happened to their new laws they wanted to make to help out the citizens?

I will say I did reach out to the Assemblywoman who put this together. She got back with me and said she was busy with election stuff and would get back to me and she never did. I guess I should reach out to her again for a comment because this is all a bunch of BS.

I am hoping I gave myself enough time to get all of these posts finished by then…. Just saying.) 5,489 days Each day could be billed as a different offense according to the statute. But for the County, State, and Federal Officials I am just going to do the basic math. Example Business License 1 is going to be one offense, Business License 2 is going to be the second offense, etc. But when it comes to the owners or their heirs all bets are off.
